Tiểu Luận The use of Bus service in Hanoi

Talking about the use of bus service in Hanoi, advantages and disadvantages beneath the view of Hanoians and people who live and work in Hanoi --> some recommendation for the improvement and way of boosting the value of Bus service .

Abstract
Public transport, particularly bus, is one of the most important means of transport in big cities like Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. This paper, relied on secondary research through questionnaires, reports that bus is daily used by the majority of residents on various purposes. Actually, both benefits and drawbacks of bus system for individuals and the whole city are discussed including cost, the number of passengers per journey, times schedule and so on. Thanks to results of the survey, it is obvious that travelling by bus is a prospective trend not only at the present but also in the future because of its advantages. However, many bus commuters are dissatisfied with bus service; hence, it is essential to consider some suggestions to enhance the quality of bus transport in Hanoi to meet traveler’s demand.
