ABSTRACT

Each distribution system configuration affects differential efficiency. In this paper, we concentred to the
networks reconfiguration problem is formulated by algorithm simulated annealing, which to be updated
the temperature during process of solution, therefore results has passed the local minimum to achieved the
global minimum of active power loss field, which exceedingly the previous methods.

Also this paper here is a description of the implementation of this solution algorithm in a Matlab language
7.0. This program was tested by a distribution system with 44 buses, 52 switches of TAN THUAN utility
be long to HCM City power company. The algorithm converged to the optimal solution in a matter of
minutes
