Abstract
This breakout is aimed at Collaboration Specialists who are interested in learning about Cisco‟s Cloud based Enterprise IM service. Attendees should have a working knowledge of instant messaging technologies and Unified Communications.
At the end of the session the audience will be familiar with the planning and configuration requirements for a Cisco Jabber SaaS deployment. The session will cover the fundamental aspects of a Jabber SaaS design including Client Services Framework integration with CUCM, Security, Enterprise Directory, Single sign On, User Polices, Archiving and Federation.
