Yes, without practice no matter how much knowledge we have learnt from books , we can not succeed . Regardless of you have a good qualification, can you guarantee that you can find the great job if you don't have working experiences. This is the second year we study at Hanoi Open University, Faculty of Tourism. We have studied many subjects relating to hotel and tourism, but we haven’t had chance to practice in hotel yet. Fortunatetly, assignment 3B brings us an opportunity to do it. In this assignment, we must decide on a hotel or a tour company to do a research on. After that we will visit the hotel or tour company to get brochures and pamphlets, and talk to the staff or the manager to collect information. Then we write a report and present the research result to teacher and our classmates.
