Therefore, the urgent priority now lays on an intensive and appropriate level of investment in tourism sector. Particularly, training and developing a system of skilled, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic staffs contribute a decisive part to the development of Vietnamese tourism industry. The national tourism industry, in general, is lack of human resources. The current workforce of the sector does not experience a systematic and comprehensive training, which leads to the reduction of working productivity. The constraints in human resource training are creating enormous barriers against tourism exploitation.
