I. Introduction
Take a whole look at FPT Corporation, it is not just a small company and only run business on one field. Particularly, FPT has expanded into 7 main fields, which are all focus on technological. These are FPT Telecom company, FPT IT services company, FPT information systems company, FPT Software company, FPT Trading group and the newest one is FPT Education company Limited.FPT Trading company (FTG) generated the highest proportion of FPT’s revenue in 2010. FPT Trading prides itself on outstanding business achievement and outstanding growth in the FPT. In recent year, FPT Trading has maintained growth and sales of high-fulfill the plan. Therefore, I choose FPT Trading company in order to anlyze because of its representative for FPT Corporation.
At the previous assignment, the external and internal of FTP Trading company are analyzed by using value chain tool, PESTEL factors. The strength, weakness, threat and opportunity of FTG were demonstrated in SWOT analysis.
