    Abstract
    In traditional IP networks, it has been difficult to combine Traffic Engineering with the fast forward mechanism because of IP technology disadvantages. Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) offers new possibilities for the traffic control mechanism. In this paper, we propose a new Fast Acting Traffic Engineering algorithm called FATE++ based on available FATE mechanisms to solve the problem of dynamically managing congested traffic flows through strict and loose networks by fast rerouting flows during periods of congestion. The simulation of FATE++ estimates the number of dropped packets, bandwidth, and restoration time in congested periods compared to other research results.
