    Lesson 1 : first meeting / greeting

    Exercise : imagine that you are meeting with your foreign counterpart at the first time. So what should you do? Make a dialogue between two people and practice it.

    Note : use if sbd is available to means that he / she wants to talk to you at the moment

    2. Refuse to receive the call
