Chúng tôi đã tổng hợp Bismaleimide (BMI) đi từ 4,4’–diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) và anhydride
maleic (AM) trong dung môi 1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) theo phương pháp hai giai đoạn, imide
hóa học. Sau đó biến tính BMI bằng DDM trong dung môi NMP, có xúc tác. Gia công composite vải
cacbon và nhựa BMI, BMI biến tính (BMI.BT). Các tính chất của BMI và BMI.BT được đánh giá
bằng các phương pháp phân tích DSC, TGA và FTIR, GPC. Tính chất của composite được đánh giá
bằng DMTA, LLoyd.

ABSTRACT

Bismaleimide (BMI) based on 4,4’– diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) - anhydride maleic (AM) was
modified with DDM at different ratios. Influence of modified ratios on the physic-chemical and thermal
properties of resin and composite . Products was investigated by means of DSC, TGA, FTIR, GPC and
DMTA. The result shows that the modified ratio of 1.4/1 gives products with the best properties.
