Vật liệu compozit trên nền nhựa epoxy novolac (DEN) có nhiều tính chất nổi bật, tuy nhiên do độ nhớt
của DEN cao nên hạn chế trong gia công compozit. Vì vậy, chúng tôi nghiên cứu biến tính DEN bằng
phenol-cardanol-formandehyt, vừa có tác dụng hóa dẻo vừa làm chất mang nanoclay nhằm nâng cao
cơ tính và độ bền nhiệt của compozit. Khả năng phân tan clay được đánh giá bằng X-ray. Đánh giá
tính chất vật liệu bằng TGA, DMTA, LLOYD.

ABSTRACT

Nanocomposite based on nanoclay and resol which was modified with cardanol shows improvement
for epoxy-glass-fiber-reinforced composite system. Dispersion of nanocomposite was investigated by
X-ray showing good results obtained by in-situ polymerization method. Mechanical properties of the
composite were improved by doping Nanocomposite of clay in cardanol-modified–resol into the
epoxy matrix. The overall composite performance was enhanced. Additionally thermal stability of the
system was investigated by TGA.
