The influence of acid nitric on the corrosion behavior of titanium in 5 M H2SO4 solution has been studied by open circuit potentials, electrochemical impedance and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). These results have shown that titanium is passive in 5 M H2SO4 with acid nitric. The resistance of titanium oxide film increases with the experimental time. At the concentration of acid nitric of 0.05 M, it is excellent inhibitor for titanium corrosion in the acid sulfuric 5 M.​
